About the recipe
Today’s recipe is quick one and a staple: my peanut butter sauce. There’s nothing like a good sauce to make you eat more vegetables. Pour it over a hot or cold buddha bowl, or stir fry, or use it as a dip for spring rolls.
Here I had it with a buddha bowl made out of vermicelli noodles, carrots, cucumber, romaine lettuce, bell peppers and pan-fried tofu. I topped it with parsley and chopped peanuts for some extra crunch!Jump to Recipe
Use an immersion blender or food processor to blend all the ingredients of this peanut sauce until smooth. I personally use my Magic Bullet to make it!
