About the recipe
Today’s recipe is quick one and a staple: my peanut butter sauce. There’s nothing like a good sauce to make you eat more vegetables. Pour it over a hot or cold buddha bowl, or stir fry, or use it as a dip for spring rolls.
Here I had it with a buddha bowl made out of vermicelli noodles, carrots, cucumber, romaine lettuce, bell peppers and pan-fried tofu. I topped it with parsley and chopped peanuts for some extra crunch!

Use an immersion blender or food processor to blend all the ingredients of this peanut sauce until smooth. I personally use my Magic Bullet to make it!
How to store
Store this sauce in an air-tight container, in the fridge. You can also reheat it in the microwave when you need to use it.
