About the recipe
At the end of April, it was Uptown Saint John’s Burger week. That week, I got to try an absolutely unbelievable peach milkshake from Grannan’s. Since then, and since that Justin Bieber song has been playing everywhere, I have been inspired by peaches, and mostly, craving peaches!
I am not a smoothie person. They never have the right consistency, texture or they make me feel full after two to three sips. I was on a mission to finally make one that I can enjoy everyday and actually finish. Here’s my peach cobbler smoothie. It has delicate peach and vanilla flavours, and added oatmeal for some protein, fibre and that cobbler feeling.

Recipe variations
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen peaches instead of fresh, more Greek yogurt, and use less milk.
To make it vegan, use plant-based milk and yogourt.
Amazing toppings for this smoothie would be coconut whipped cream, granola or hemp seeds.
